Second-quarter 2026 total revenue increased 10% year over year to $7.803 billion from $7.082 billion, including $7.627 billion of product sales and $176 million of royalty, contract and other revenue. Product sales excluding Veklury increased 10% to $7.604 billion, while Veklury sales declined 81% to $23 million because of lower COVID-19-related hospitalizations. HIV sales increased 12% to $5.693 billion, Liver Disease sales increased 10% to $877 million, Oncology sales increased 3% to $873 million, and Other product sales declined 20% to $161 million. U.S. product sales increased to $5.601 billion from $5.038 billion, while Europe declined to $1.155 billion from $1.178 billion and Rest of World increased to $872 million from $838 million.
