Gilead-backed Lakefront Biotherapeutics plans to initiate registrational trials for gamgertamig in 2027 for immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) and autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA). Lakefront also plans to begin additional autoimmune basket studies in early 2027. The program uses a T-cell engager intended to produce a durable immune reset, expanding Gilead’s partnered autoimmune development exposure.
