Total revenues increased 10% to $7.8 billion in the second quarter of 2026 and 7% to $14.8 billion in the first six months, primarily from higher HIV, Trodelvy, Livdelzi, royalty, contract and other revenues. HIV product sales increased 12% to $5.7 billion in the quarter and 11% to $10.7 billion year to date, led by Biktarvy, Descovy and Yeztugo. Trodelvy sales increased 26% to $457 million in the quarter and 31% to $859 million year to date, while Cell Therapy sales declined 14% and 13% to $417 million and $824 million, respectively, because of competitive headwinds. Veklury sales fell 81% to $23 million in the quarter and 60% to $167 million year to date as COVID-19-related hospitalizations declined.
