HIV product sales increased 12% to $5.7 billion in the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 11% to $10.7 billion in the six months, driven by higher demand and average realized price. Biktarvy benefited from demand including patients switching from Genvoya and other Gilead HIV products, while Descovy sales rose 48% in the quarter and 43% year to date on higher demand and price. Liver Disease product sales increased 10% in the quarter and 6% year to date, primarily due to higher demand for Livdelzi, chronic hepatitis B products and Hepcludex. Trodelvy sales increased 26% in the quarter and 31% year to date due to higher demand, while Veklury sales declined 81% and 60%, respectively, because of lower COVID-19-related hospitalizations.
