Total revenues increased 7% to $8.3 billion for the three months and $23.1 billion for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, compared with the same periods in 2025. Nine-month HIV product sales rose 14% to $17.0 billion, driven by Biktarvy sales growth of 8%, Descovy growth of 45%, and higher Yeztugo demand. Liver Disease sales increased 8% to $2.6 billion for the nine-month period, while Trodelvy sales rose 35% to $1.4 billion; Veklury sales fell 64% to $253 million and Cell Therapy sales fell 15% to $1.2 billion. Royalty, contract and other revenues decreased to $201 million for the nine months, primarily because the prior-year period included $400 million of previously constrained revenue from an intellectual property sale.
