HIV product sales increased 18% to $6.2 billion in the third quarter and 14% to $17.0 billion for the first nine months of 2026. Growth reflected higher demand and average realized prices, with favorable inventory dynamics also contributing in the quarter. Biktarvy demand benefited from patients switching from Genvoya and other Gilead HIV products, while Descovy and Yeztugo also grew on higher demand.
