Alphabet had $98.2 billion of long-term debt outstanding at carrying value as of June 30, 2026. During the first six months, Alphabet issued $20.0 billion of U.S. dollar fixed-rate senior unsecured notes and $31.8 billion of foreign-currency fixed-rate senior unsecured notes across Sterling, Swiss franc, euro, Canadian dollar, and Japanese yen markets. Credit facilities totaled $11.7 billion, of which $1.3 billion was outstanding at interest rates of SOFR plus 1.5% to 2.25%. Alphabet had no commercial paper outstanding under its $25.0 billion program.
