Alphabet had $98.2 billion of long-term debt outstanding at carrying value as of June 30, 2026. During the first six months, Alphabet issued $20.0 billion of U.S. dollar fixed-rate senior unsecured notes and $31.8 billion of foreign-currency fixed-rate senior unsecured notes across Sterling, Swiss franc, euro, Canadian dollar, and Japanese yen markets.
