Alphabet had $811.0 billion of material purchase commitments and contractual obligations as of June 30, 2026, including $200.7 billion due in the short term. The commitments primarily cover technical infrastructure and inventory under long-term supply agreements and open purchase orders, as well as content licenses and energy take-or-pay contracts. Alphabet provided financial guarantees and credit-derivative backstops with maximum potential payments of $7.6 billion and $43.8 billion, respectively. Alphabet also agreed to provide an estimated $24.1 billion of future backstops for data center and energy infrastructure and held $20.0 billion of future capital funding commitments to a private company through 2030.
