Alphabet held $242.5 billion of cash, cash equivalents, and short-term marketable securities at June 30, 2026. Long-term debt had a carrying value of $98.2 billion, after the company issued $20.0 billion of U.S.-dollar senior notes and $31.8 billion of foreign-currency senior notes during the first six months. Credit facilities totaled $11.7 billion, of which $1.3 billion was outstanding, and Alphabet had no commercial paper outstanding under its $25.0 billion program. Management expects available liquidity and operating and financing cash flows to fund operating activities and cash commitments for at least the next 12 months.
