As of June 30, 2026, Alphabet had $811.0 billion of purchase commitments and other contractual obligations, including $200.7 billion due within one year. The commitments primarily cover technical infrastructure and inventory under long-term supply agreements and open purchase orders, as well as content licenses and energy take-or-pay contracts. Alphabet provided $7.6 billion of financial-guarantee backstops and $43.8 billion of credit-derivative backstops, and agreed to provide an estimated additional $24.1 billion of backstops for data-center and energy-supply infrastructure. The company also had $20.0 billion of future capital-funding commitments to a private company through 2030, contingent on operational and financial milestones.
