Cash and cash equivalents were $589 million at June 30, 2026, compared with $585 million at December 31, 2025. Grainger reported approximately $1.8 billion of available liquidity at June 30, 2026, including cash, marketable securities, and revolving-credit availability. Debt represented 34.8% of total capitalization at June 30, down from 37.5% at year-end 2025. Moody’s and S&P maintained investment-grade corporate ratings of A1 and A+, respectively, with short-term ratings of P1 and A1.
