Grainger exited the U.K. market in the fourth quarter of 2025 by selling the Cromwell business and closing the Zoro U.K. business. The divested and closed businesses were excluded from organic constant-currency comparisons in 2026. The prior-year comparison included a $1.4 million daily net-sales adjustment for the business divestiture over the six-month period. The U.K. exit also provided a benefit that partially offset 2026 SG&A growth.
