Its Christmas in July collection includes the 9-foot Grand Duchess twinkling tree, the 8.5-foot Giant-Sized Towering Santa, and an app-enabled version of the Grand Duchess tree. The company is also offering the 1,126-square-foot, cold-formed-steel “The Retreat” accessory dwelling unit from Well Done Homes at a listed price of $72,596.
