Honeywell completed the Aerospace Spin-Off on June 29, 2026, distributing one Honeywell Aerospace share for every two Honeywell Technologies shares and moving Aerospace Technologies into discontinued operations beginning in the third quarter of 2026. On June 4, 2026, Quantinuum completed its IPO, after which Honeywell retained a 48% noncontrolling ownership interest and began accounting for the investment under the equity method. Honeywell also agreed in April 2026 to sell its Productivity Solutions and Services and Warehouse and Workflow Solutions businesses in two transactions expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals, and acquired Johnson Matthey’s Catalyst Technologies business on July 17, 2026 for $1,750 million net of cash acquired.
