Operating cash flow from continuing operations was $1.916 billion in the first six months of 2026, down $816 million year over year because divestiture-related cash payments increased by approximately $800 million. Honeywell spent $538 million on capital expenditures and paid $1.576 billion of cash dividends during the period. Financing activities included $1.000 billion of common-stock repurchases, $13.187 billion of long-term-debt payments, and $3.413 billion of net commercial-paper repayments.
