Consolidated net sales increased 4% in Q2 2026 and 3% year to date versus the comparable 2025 periods, driven primarily by 4% pricing, 1% foreign-currency translation, and 1% acquisition contributions. Industrial Automation revenue declined 5% in Q2 and 8% year to date, including a $145 million and $381 million reduction, respectively, from the 2025 PPE divestiture. Building Automation revenue increased $176 million in Q2 and $366 million year to date, while Process Automation and Technology revenue increased $66 million and $134 million, respectively. Aerospace Technologies revenue increased $225 million in Q2 and $375 million year to date, supported by Commercial Aviation Aftermarket and Original Equipment demand.
