Cash and cash equivalents were $157 million at June 27, 2026, essentially unchanged from $156 million at December 27, 2025. Bank credit lines increased to $1.024 billion from $764 million, while current maturities of long-term debt increased to $138 million from $33 million. Long-term debt was $2.300 billion at quarter-end, compared with $2.310 billion at year-end, bringing reported debt obligations to approximately $3.462 billion excluding leases. Net cash provided by operating activities was $145 million in the first half, versus $157 million in the prior-year period.
