Henry Schein reported $1.112 billion of working capital at June 27, 2026, down from $1.236 billion at December 27, 2025. Total debt increased to $3.462 billion from $3.107 billion, including $1.024 billion of bank credit lines and $2.300 billion of long-term debt. Net cash used in investing activities declined to $128 million from $197 million because of lower acquisition activity. Management stated that cash, access to private debt and public equity markets, and available credit facilities were sufficient for currently foreseeable short- and long-term capital needs.
