Second-quarter 2026 net sales increased 6.7% year over year to $3.458 billion, driven by 4.6% internal growth, 0.7% acquisition growth, and a 1.4% foreign-exchange benefit. Global Distribution and Value-Added Services sales increased 6.6% to $2.911 billion and represented 84.2% of total sales, while Global Specialty Products increased 8.7% and Global Technology increased 8.2%. Global Dental sales grew 8.1% to $1.854 billion, led by 9.7% growth in dental merchandise, while Global Medical grew 4.0% to $1.057 billion. Six-month sales increased 6.5% to $6.826 billion, with Global Technology internal local-currency growth of 8.0% attributable primarily to adoption of cloud-based practice-management platforms.
