Host spent $243 million on total capital expenditures and $259 million of total capital allocation through June 30, 2026. Year-to-date spending included $73 million for Marriott and Hyatt transformational capital programs, $30 million for other return-on-investment projects, $138 million for renewals and replacements, $2 million for property-damage reconstruction, and $16 million of condominium-development inventory spend. Full-year 2026 total capital expenditures are forecast at $550 million to $630 million, with $525 million to $600 million for renewals and replacements plus ROI projects. Host expects $25 million to $30 million of property-damage reconstruction spending, primarily for Hawaii properties affected by the Kona Low rainstorm, with insurance expected to substantially cover costs above the deductible.
