Host Hotels owned 75 hotels as of June 30, 2026, of which 74 were classified as comparable hotels. The Don CeSar was excluded because Hurricane Helene caused a business-disruption closure beginning at the end of September 2024; the hotel reopened in March 2025. Operations related to the development and sale of condominium units adjacent to the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort were also excluded from comparable hotel results.
