Year-to-date net cash provided by operating activities increased to $845 million in 2026 from $749 million in 2025, a $96 million improvement. Host attributed the increase to improved operating performance at its properties and sales of condominium units. Year-to-date cash provided by investing activities was $806 million in 2026 versus $198 million of cash used in 2025, reflecting proceeds from four hotel sales. Year-to-date capital expenditures declined to $243 million from $298 million.
