Total revenue increased 3.4% to $1.640 billion in the second quarter of 2026 and 3.3% to $3.285 billion year-to-date versus 2025. Comparable hotel RevPAR increased 7.0% in the quarter and 5.7% year-to-date, driven by higher room rates, strong transient leisure demand at resorts, FIFA World Cup matches and robust group business. Revenue growth was partly offset by $95 million of lost second-quarter revenue from 2025 and 2026 hotel dispositions, while condominium sales contributed $53 million in the quarter and $79 million year-to-date. Year-to-date rooms revenue increased 0.5% to $1.897 billion and food-and-beverage revenue increased 2.0% to $1.001 billion, while comparable rooms revenue rose 5.8% and comparable food-and-beverage revenue rose 5.3%.
