Second-quarter selling, general administrative, and other expenses increased to $148 million from $89 million a year earlier, a 66% year-over-year increase. Research and development expense was $8 million, compared with $9 million in the prior-year quarter and $9 million in the first quarter of 2026. Corporate expense included $22 million of acquisition and acquisition-related costs in the quarter. The acquisition-related costs included legal and advisory costs, purchase-accounting inventory-step-up amortization, and other costs associated with CAM and Brunner.
