HYCROFT MINING HOLDING CORP · 2026-04-28 · Importance 75 · Surprise 60

The Company ceased mining activities in 2021 and completed recovery of ore placed on the leach pad in 2022, and does not expect to generate net positive cash from operations for the foreseeable future. As a result, Hycroft will be dependent on its unrestricted cash, existing liquidity, and future equity or debt financings to repay obligations and fund development and exploration. Management explicitly monitors metal prices and their near-term and future impacts, and has taken measures such as ceasing open pit mining, reducing workforce size, controlling discretionary spending, and monetizing non-core assets to preserve capital. If additional funds are unavailable, the Company may be required to materially change its business plan.
