IBM’s Software segment generated $14.813 billion of six-month 2026 revenue, up 7.9% year over year, supported by growth in Hybrid Cloud, Data and Automation. Consulting revenue increased 2.1% to $10.599 billion, while Infrastructure revenue increased 1.9% to $7.161 billion for the period. In the second quarter, Infrastructure revenue declined 7.4% to $3.835 billion, while Financing revenue increased 12.2%. Software segment profit increased 11.1% for the first half, and Consulting segment profit increased 7.5%, while Infrastructure segment profit increased 12.1%.
