Wells Fargo renewed and expanded its agreement to use ICE’s MSP mortgage loan servicing system after a relationship spanning more than 35 years. Wells Fargo plans to migrate its entire home-loan servicing portfolio onto MSP, covering the servicing lifecycle from boarding through payoff or default resolution. The expanded arrangement also includes ICE Business Intelligence and the MERS eRegistry to support automated workflows, regulatory compliance, loan tracking, and transfer processes.
