Exchanges segment revenues less transaction-based expenses increased to $3.245 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2026 from $2.782 billion, and to $1.464 billion for the three months from $1.415 billion. Six-month transaction and clearing revenue, net, increased to $4.058 billion from $3.511 billion, while data and connectivity revenue increased 13% and listings revenue increased 5%. Agricultural and metals revenue increased 31% for six months and 35% for three months, while financial futures and options revenue increased 43% and 21%. Twenty-eight percent of six-month and 24% of three-month Exchanges revenue less transaction-based expenses was billed in pounds sterling or euros, producing favorable foreign-exchange effects of $52 million and $5 million.
