Intel introduced new x86 client and data center products in 2025, including the Panther Lake client CPU and the Intel Core Ultra Series 3 mobile processors, which were the first products manufactured on Intel 18A. Intel 18A introduces RibbonFET and PowerVia and is expected to serve multiple future client and server generations, while Intel 14A is being developed as a next-generation node designed for external foundry customers.
