High-NA EUV Manufacturing Lead

Intel Foundry and ASML reported progress toward production readiness for High-NA EUV lithography. Intel has processed more than one million wafers on High-NA EUV equipment, including production layers for Panther Lake processors. The milestone places Intel ahead of Samsung and TSMC in current High-NA EUV production use, although Samsung reportedly targets 2028 adoption and TSMC targets 2030 for advanced-node chips. The collaboration strengthens Intel’s process-technology positioning and foundry differentiation.
