Intel recorded $1,890 million of restructuring and other charges in the second quarter of 2026 and $2,046 million in the first six months, compared with $4,240 million and $3,967 million, respectively, in the prior-year periods. The 2025 Restructuring Plan is intended to lower expenses, reduce management layers, and reallocate resources toward core client and server businesses.
