Intel settled $1.5 billion of senior notes due February 2026 and amended a $5.0 billion 364-day credit facility into a $3.0 billion three-year facility maturing in January 2029. In the second quarter of 2026, Intel settled $1.0 billion of notes due May 2026 and issued $6.5 billion of senior notes with maturities from 2031 through 2066. Intel also drew a $6.5 billion 364-day term loan to fund the Ireland SCIP repurchase and repaid it in full on April 30, 2026; the fair value of issued debt was $46.0 billion at June 27, 2026.
