Cash Flow and Liquidity

INTEL CORP · 2026-10-30 · Importance 69 · Surprise 64 · From source text

For the nine months ended September 26, 2026, operating cash flow was $13.184 billion, versus $5.409 billion in the comparable 2025 period, an increase of about 144%. Investing activities used $20.259 billion, compared with $8.255 billion in the first nine months of 2025; the increase reflected higher net purchases of short-term investments, Mentee Robotics acquisition costs, lower capital-related government incentives, and the absence of prior-year Altera and NAND divestiture proceeds, partly offset by lower capital expenditures. Financing activities provided $14.761 billion, up from $5.738 billion, primarily due to the $22.6 billion public offering proceeds, term debt issuance, and higher partner contributions. Cash, cash equivalents, and restricted cash increased by $7.686 billion in the first nine months of 2026, compared with a $2.892 billion increase in 2025.
