India was identified as a major growth opportunity across both physical records outsourcing and data centers, with strong storage-volume performance and a 51-megawatt Mumbai lease to a global hyperscaler under a 10-year contract. Iron Mountain has another 100 megawatts of future development capacity in India. Europe also showed strong momentum, including particularly strong Digital Solutions bookings, AI-inference-driven leases in London and Amsterdam, and ALM opportunities in France and Belgium. Management said the company has established platforms in Europe, North America and Australia, while continuing to build capabilities in parts of Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
