Iron Mountain’s ALM business experienced higher product cost of sales in line with increased product sales from new and existing customers, indicating expanded activity in its product-related operations. The company also incurred higher labor costs primarily from increased service activity in Global RIM and higher Global Data Center facilities expenses due to utilities, rent, and real estate taxes. Growth investment capital expenditures totaled $1.0449 billion in the first six months, including $96.5 million for real estate and $68.3 million for innovation and other projects in addition to data-center investment.
