U.S. revenue increased 19% to $1.933 billion in the second quarter of 2026 and 17% to $3.717 billion in the first six months. OUS revenue increased 18% to $959 million quarterly and 28% to $1.947 billion year to date, raising OUS revenue to 34% of first-half revenue from 33% in the prior-year period. OUS procedure growth was particularly strong in India, Italy, and the United Kingdom during the quarter and in Germany, India, South Korea, Italy, and the United Kingdom year to date. Foreign-exchange movements favorably affected OUS revenue by $4 million in the quarter and $40 million year to date.
