Second-quarter 2026 revenue increased 19% to $2.892 billion from $2.440 billion, while six-month revenue increased 21% to $5.663 billion from $4.693 billion. Instruments and accessories revenue rose 18% to $1.735 billion in the quarter and 20% to $3.421 billion year to date, driven by higher da Vinci and Ion procedure volumes and da Vinci 5 and SP product mix. Systems revenue increased 19% to $685 million in the quarter and 22% to $1.336 billion year to date, while service revenue increased 21% to $472 million and 20% to $906 million, respectively.
