U.S. da Vinci procedures grew 12% in the second quarter of 2026 and 13% in the first six months, versus 14% growth in both comparable 2025 periods. OUS da Vinci procedures grew 20% in both 2026 periods, compared with 23% quarterly and 24% year-to-date growth in 2025, with strength in general surgery, urology, and gynecology. Ion biopsy procedures increased 36% to approximately 47,900 in the second quarter, supported by a 21% increase in the installed base to approximately 1,096 systems. U.S. bariatric procedures declined by a high-single-digit percentage in the quarter and approximately 10% in the first six months, while expiration of enhanced ACA premium subsidies modestly affected U.S. procedure growth.
