INTUITIVE SURGICAL INC · 2026-07-21 · Importance 43 · Surprise 32 · Matches filing data

Cash, cash equivalents, and short- and long-term investments declined by $0.4 billion to $8.6 billion as of June 30, 2026, from $9.0 billion at December 31, 2025. The decline primarily resulted from common-stock repurchases and the first-quarter 2026 acquisition, partly offset by cash generated from operations. Management expects operating cash flow, together with existing cash and investments, to fund future growth and liquidity requirements for the foreseeable future. Interest and other income declined 7% to $82.7 million in the quarter and 6% to $167.8 million year to date because average cash and investment balances were lower.
