U.S. da Vinci procedure growth was approximately 12% in the second quarter of 2026 and 13% for the first six months, but was modestly negatively affected by the expiration of enhanced ACA premium subsidies. U.S. bariatric procedures, which represent approximately 2% of total da Vinci procedures, declined at a high-single-digit rate in the second quarter and approximately 10% year to date. Management stated that the continuing effect of subsidy expirations on U.S. procedure volumes remains uncertain.
