Six-month operating cash flow excluding CIP increased to $572.5 million in 2026 from $366.5 million in 2025, a 56.2% year-over-year improvement. The increase was primarily driven by operating income and changes in receivables, other assets, payables, and accrued liabilities. Investing cash outflows excluding CIP were $89.8 million, including $124.0 million of investment purchases and $44.7 million of capital expenditures. Financing outflows included $192.1 million of common dividends, $75.2 million of preferred dividends, $89.5 million of common-share purchases, and the $500.0 million senior-note redemption.
