Interest expense rose to $47.9 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026 from $33.8 million a year earlier, a 41.7% increase. The increase primarily reflected higher borrowings under the Revolving Credit Agreement and the five-year Term Loan Agreement entered into on May 16, 2025. The increase was partly offset by repayment of the three-year term loan in the second half of 2025 and redemption of $500.0 million of senior notes maturing January 15, 2026.
