Invesco completed the sale of management agreements for 98 Canadian funds to CI GAM on June 1, 2026. The transaction reduced AUM by $11.0 billion and generated an $11.7 million net benefit in second-quarter general and administrative expense, including the restructuring of Canadian operations.
