Jennifer Taubert will retire as Johnson & Johnson’s Executive Vice President and Worldwide Chairman of Innovative Medicine on September 1, 2026. Tom Cavanaugh, currently Company Group Chairman for North America, Innovative Medicine, will succeed her and join the Executive Committee on that date.
