Jennifer Taubert will retire as Executive Vice President and Worldwide Chairman of Johnson & Johnson’s Innovative Medicine business after more than 21 years with the company. The business grew to more than $60 billion in annual revenue under her leadership. Tom Cavanaugh, previously Company Group Chairman for North America, Innovative Medicine, will succeed her and join the Executive Committee effective September 1, 2026, with management emphasizing continuity, pipeline advancement and delivery of medicines worldwide.
