Contineum Therapeutics reported that the MOONLIGHT-1 Phase 2 trial of JNJ-5120/PIPE-307 in major depressive disorder failed to achieve its primary efficacy endpoint. The study evaluated improvement from baseline in the Montgomery-Åsberg Depression Rating Scale total score at Day 5 versus placebo.
