Johnson & Johnson reported Phase 2b COPERNICUS findings for subcutaneous RYBREVANT FASPRO plus LAZCLUZE in previously untreated advanced non-small cell lung cancer with common EGFR mutations. Prophylactic strategies were associated with low rates of rash, blood clots, and administration-related reactions, while fewer than 1% of patients discontinued treatment because of treatment-related events at one year. The data extend the MARIPOSA survival benefit and support a less-frequent subcutaneous dosing approach.
