Johnson & Johnson-partnered JNJ-1900, Nanobiotix’s NBTXR3 radio-enhancer, reported full-cohort Phase 1 results in patients with inoperable, recurrent non-small cell lung cancer. The study reported no dose-limiting toxicities and one-year locoregional control of 79%, local progression-free survival of 61%, and overall survival of 70% at a lower re-irradiation dose.
