Worldwide sales increased 8.2% to $49.4 billion in fiscal six months 2026 from $45.6 billion, including 6.0% operational growth and a 2.2% favorable currency impact. Innovative Medicine sales rose 9.4% to $31.8 billion, while MedTech sales increased 6.0% to $17.6 billion, shifting the sales mix toward Innovative Medicine. STELARA sales declined 57.4% to $1.396 billion because of biosimilar competition, reducing worldwide Innovative Medicine operational growth by approximately 8.4%.
