DARZALEX grew 20.6% on strong share gains and market growth, while CARVYKTI increased 55.1% on continued share gains and site expansion. TECVAYLI benefited from launch uptake, the U.S. TECVAYLI plus DARZALEX FASPRO approval, and expansion in community settings; TALVEY and RYBREVANT/LAZCLUZE also gained share through community expansion and launch uptake. Growth was partly offset by IMBRUVICA, which declined 12.9% because of competitive share loss and unfavorable patient mix.
